It's Mindfulness Monday!
Congratulations to each and every one of you. You've made it to the last day of the challenge. We hope you take some time today to revel in your accomplishments and show some pride in the progress you have made. Thank you for showing up, whether you logged every day, only logged once or twice, or simply followed along and read the emails. Your interactions with us were what made this all a huge success. It's Mindfulness Monday!

It is so important for people of all ages to have a variety of ways to practice mindfulness and overall stress relief. One of the benefits of having the internet at our fingertips is that there are countless resources out there, as long as you know where to find them. Today we're focusing on a website geared toward teens to help them practice mindfulness. Read the slide below and click it to follow the link. Don't forget this week's challenge: This week's challenge is going to be a little bit different. Week one, you were challenged to dress up and upload pictures. Week two, you were challenged to get out there and log activities. This week, I want to send you to our website, particularly to our blog. Did you know that every one of these daily posts also shows up in the "Content" portion of our website? It's set up as a blog, which also means you can comment on each individual post. Your challenge this week is to check out the posts and interact with us. Leave us some comments. We'll count up every comment posted by a registered participant this week and on Friday morning we'll draw a few winners.
